4. Content and Conduct
Respect intellectual property, privacy, and community standards. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate, impersonation, illegal activity, and the intentional spread of disinformation.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using our services at any time. Termination may result in the deletion or loss of access to your content and data associated with your account.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility varies by course and program. Unless otherwise stated, requests must be made within the specified refund window. Processing timelines depend on your payment provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, trademarks, and platform assets are owned by Telteltra Journalism Academy or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use unless otherwise permitted in writing.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Your use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Venue and jurisdiction shall be in Ontario, Canada.
